How do I track the status of my order?

You can keep updated on the status of your order by accessing the Customer Service / Order History links from the right hand section of our homepage. You will need your login details (supplied in your order confirmation email) in order to access your account.

When your order has been sent we will email you to confirm dispatch from our warehouse and supply you with a tracking number for the delivery service provider you selected. You can then track your package using the following links:

Can I cancel/amend my order?

If you would like to change or cancel an order prior to despatch, please contact our order processing team on 08432896671. To see if your handset has been despatched please check our order tracking page which you can access via the customer services link in the left hand column.

Who will charge me for my order?

Most of our handsets are available for free on pay monthly contracts. If your handset incurs a cost you will be billed by us. You will receive you monthly line rental bills from your network provider e.g Orange. Please contact their customer service departments for queries related to your bill or price plan.

How do I arrange delivery to an alternative address?

Because of the high value of the mobile phones we send out, we can only despatch to your billing address. This policy also helps reduce credit card fraud.

When will I receive my first bill for my contract?

Mobile phone networks always bill a month in advance, so within a few days of getting your new mobile phone you should receive a bill for the coming month, plus the date from when you connected to the date of the bill. Please be aware that you may receive a pro-rata number of inclusive minutes during this time, so always check with your network to confirm exactly how many inclusive minutes you have when you first get your phone.

Where can I add further bolt ons to my tariff?

Additional services and bundles can be added to your contract after your receive your phone by contacting the network provider directly. For further details on each networks available add-ons please click on the 'info' button of the particular handset and tariff you are interested in before adding it to your basket.

Where can I find current stock information?

We are constantly updating our website with the current stock status of each mobile phone we sell, details of which can be found on the relevant handset page. We will also let you know via email if the situation has changed since playing your order. Turnover of stock is often extremely quick and this can mean on rare occasions our website may not be accurate. If you have not received an update on the stock situation of your order within 24hrs please contact our order processing team.
